Lorient Consulting, established in 2002, was formed to deliver specialized expertise for Oracle's eAM solution. The firm also provides MRO supply chain support and other complete ALM solutions.

We deliver EAM assessments, fit-gap analysis, functional & technical designs for corporate rollouts, custom development, data migration, process reviews, application configuration, training, testing programs and change management.

Our goal is to generate company integration and acceptance for Oracle's maintenance solution when applied to asset intensive organizations.

Notable work includes maintenance and supply chain solutions for nuclear & conventional power plants and utilities, wet & dry ore processing plants, fleet management for mining & transportation, and government facilities management.

The firm's principal owner and seasoned consultants have been working together for over 15 years in the EAM implementation field. Our experience with 60+ client engagements and multiple full life cycle implementations qualifies us for success. The firm has been engaged to work in both the commercial and public sectors.

Lorient consulting has been a member of the Oracle EAM Field Advisory Board since inception, and has participated in EAM beta testing programs & product enhancement promotion. Lorient maintains excellent relationships with the product managers, programmers and Oracle's product development team.
