Lorient's Oracle eAM Leadership Role

Lorient Consulting has leveraged our expertise with EAM/CMMS applications and Oracle ERP to become the consulting leader of Oracle's new eAM product released in 2002. We continue to leverage our partnership and expertise in support Oracle's R12 product.

Lorient Consulting has developed close ties with the Oracle development team and product managers. Our consultants have been supporting beta testing conducted at Redwood Shores and continue to "stay close" to the early adopters and beta clients. We remain in frequent contact with Oracle's eAM product development team and product managers to comment and review new features and functions.

Our leadership and support of eAM has given Lorient Consulting the opportunity to perform conference room pilots and mock setups for internal testing and training.

Lorient Consulting has developed leading edge intellectual property specifically for the support of Oracle eAM including setup parameters, LOVs, data strategies, maintenance "best practice" work-flows, quality plan and PM strategies as well as eAM specific training material.

Our work is leading towards a packaged eAM implementation following Lorient's high standards for implementation and the delivery of our core values. Through Lorient's early investment, our clients can maximize cost reductions through an efficient and speedy deployment of Oracle eAM.
